Fall Festival, Browns, & Deja Vu at the Emergency Room!

Sky's company hosted a big open house this past Saturday.  It was soooo awesome for the kids.  They had 4 bounce houses, a face painting station, a build a bear station, a sundae bar, a DJ, cornhole tournaments, and lots of food!!!  The kids had a blast!

Our lil driver!

Horssssshyyyyyy!

1st time getting his face painted!

Like Mama, Like Son!  Who doesn't want a chocolate sundae for breakfast!

A sign of a good time!  Passed out without a binkie!

We chilled Saturday night...we were all tired!!!  Sunday was all about the Browns-Steelers!  The kiddos were dressed up their gear!

And this little lady was pretty excited with our big win!!!

This lil one loves her some Halloween Oreos!!!

Monday started out like any other day and ended much differently than I would have expected!
Favorite new sport: trying on everyone's hsoes!

My handsome man ready for school!

After we dropped Grey at school, Tator joined me at a Doc appointment!  She enjoyed reading!

Innocent fun right???
Well this naive mama left to dress Tator and when I came back Grey wasn't holding that cast out of the water anymore...
"Hi Mom...my arm went scuba diving!"
Needless to say his cast was soaked!!!
I really wanted to avoid going to Childrens ER at all cost after our last experience, but after speaking to 2 nurse friends, the Childrens Urgent Care, and the Ortho at the Childrens ER, we headed back down to Children's ER at about 7pm.  Sky left his wallet at work by accident so he was off the hook!

Grey was such a champ about it!  We watched the IPAD, had a snack from the vending machine, and talked!

After about 90 minutes of waiting, we were taken back into a room.  He was not happy that the wait continued!

Finally we saw the Ortho who advised that they were going to do their best to remove the cast, recast his arm, and xray him so another sedation/reset was not necessary!  We lucked out and the bones did not move!  Whew!

Grey chose blue for his cast this time!  He was such a ham!
As the docs were casting him, he said..."Thanks Guys!  Thanks for taking such good car e of me.  I'm not scared of anything...except bugs and spiders"!

God love this kid!
