Beyond that, our week was pretty typical:) The kids are really enjoying their last few visits to the Alexander girls home! I can't believe Monday is the last day they will be watching them until next summer:(
After a long week, we headed to the Mcfarlands for a fun Friday night! Tatum got all dressed up in her overalls and converse! She demanded to wear the pink hi-tops despite the 85 degree heat!
But dang did she look cute!
I didn't take any pictures at McFarlands but I can assure you the kiddos had a blast!
We stayed way too late, but it was worth it!
We came home and zonked out! Before I knew it, I woke up and it was girls day!!!
Dani asked for a day just her and I for her birthday and I was happy to oblige.
We started the day with a workout and then headed to Kohls. After buying way too much ,we pit-stopped for lunch at Cheesecake factory to refuel!
After some more shopping and 2 hours at the pool, we headed home for showers and then headed back out for a yummy dinner at Brio. We had an interesting waiter, but he made up for his unique behavior when he asked all of our neighbors to sing Happy Birthday to Danielle! It was the perfect way to cap out a great day!
I am sitting here in disbelief...my first baby is getting on a school bus and going to kindergarten on Wednesday. How the heck did we get to this point so quickly! I will be a mess on Wednesday, but I know Grey will be so excited! We found out he and James have the same teacher which is just wonderful! These chapters are unfolding so quickly...I pray that this blog helps me remember them!
