Tatum's first outing in the snow!!!

We were into the holiday spirit today at the Munekata household!
Cutest Santa Booty I have ever seen!

Our little grinch!
uGrey had school this morning, met Auntie Dani for lunch and then hung at home while Tatum napped!  Around 4ish when the kids got off the bus, we headed outside for some fun in the snow!

Sled ride!!!

Failed attempt at a snow angel!!!

Dee and her baby from another mother:)
My precious peanut in an early Christmas present from Uncle DJ!

Ireland, Reid, and Miss tatorbug!

Show me how to make a snowball Mommy!

We sure do get our money's worth out of our trampoline!!!

Since the weatherman said it "felt like 7 degrees", we only lasted about 45!  Since the boys were working, we headed to cozy Cracker Barrel for some dinner and hot chocolate!  The kids hung by the fire!

Tonight was such a great and unexpected night!  I swear the impromptu ones like tonight are always the best!

I can hardly believe Christmas is just 2 weeks away!  And Uncle Matt comes in just over a week!  We are so happy to have him this year!!!

Update on Potty Training: Grey has gone poo poo on the potty everyday since Sunday!  No accidents and no more fightin!  He told Auntie Dani is was easy today!  Something clicked!  Such a wonderful early Xmas present!

Major Movement with Potty-Training and a Train Ride with Santa!

How is it Monday already!?!?!?  I have a bit of catching up to do!

Thursday I had a long overdue hair appointment so Britney came to watch the kiddos.  Grey was worn out!  He always passes out when Brit babysits...but never for me!  Hmmmmm!
Out cold!

Our lil ham making her scrunchy nose face!

Cozy and cute on a Snowy Friday Morning!

Cuddly in sweats on the same snowy morning, but too busy to look at the camera!

Saturday we had a special treat for Grey boy!  Sky heard about a train ride with Santa in Orville, Ohio...so we couldn't pass it up!  We left Tatum with Dee and the girls so we could give Grey our undivided attention.  Needless to say, he was excited!  We had about an hour and forty minute drive and then breakfast at Micky D's!

Anxiously awaiting to board!

All smiles with Daddy!

Hammin it up with Mama!

These two are sooo handsome!

Who's that?

Here come's Santa!

Clammin up when the elves came around!

Just like Uncle Map's Smooch face!

Grey goes mute anytime we see Santa!

Cheesy smile!~

Grey's wish list included: trains, trucks, ipad, tv, and a hula hoop!

Grey got to pick a memento from the gift shop...I bet you'll never guess what he picked!  Yep...a train!

Sky was making it disappear....magic I tell ya!

We got home around 2 and lazed around until 5 when we headed off to my company Holiday Party.  It was at Star Lanes and we had a blast!  Kevin really spoils us around the holidays.  A wonderful party, a nice bonus, gifts, and I received a very special gift this year....a super nice watch for reaching 10 years with the company.  I was the first to do so and I was very surprised to be honored in such an awesome way!

Unfortunately the night ended on a low note when the Buckeyes were upset in the Big 10 Championship by Michigan State...1st loss in 2 years!  We missed out on going to the National Championship, but we will meet Clemson in the Orange Bowl.

Sunday Sky had to leave around noon to do some recruiting/interviewing in Cincinnati.  It was to a bunch of military guys...so I thought it was awesome they asked Sky to go.

The kids and I hung around the house all day....it was cold and I had mounds of laundry to do!

The many faces of my kiddos!  I could not possibly love them anymore!  So so so very blessed!
Little stinker wouldn't look at the camera...but she really looked like Grey to me in this towel!

Despite the fun we had this weekend, I think Grey's progress on the potty topped all of the other fun!  He hadn't gone number 2 in 48 hours as of Friday evening...and finally he had to go at the Foleys.  Sky took him into the potty and he fought him for a minute, but then he asked for privacy.  He took some time and then yelled...I made 3 poops!  I think he meant 3 terds....but that's okay, we knew what he meant.  Of course, we all made a huge deal and he acted very proud!

Then Sunday, he says to me..."Oh Mom, the poop is really coming"!   I said okay let's get on the potty!  He didn't fight me which was a first.  I got him all set up and then asked if he wanted me to stay or give him privacy.  He opted for privacy and before i knew it I hear him say "Mommy, Mommy I pooped!".  I ran in all excited and he said...I need some more privacy...I have more poop!  He was in there a good 10 minutes and according to him made 5 poops!  He was thrilled...as was I.  Then this morning, I got a text from Kim letting me know he pooped there already this morning!  That is three in a row with no fighting!  I really think we are turning a corner!  Woop woop!  (knock on wood)

Tatum is 9 months old!

Tatum is 8 months old!

Tatum currently eats a bottle at 7amish, 10:30-11ish am, 230-330ishpm and 7-7:30pm.  She typically eats 6 ounces a feeding.  She eats cereal between 8 and 9 and then baby food around noon and dinner time.  So far, there hasn't been a food she doesn't like or won't eat.  She usually eats 1.5 stage 2 baby foods at lunch and 1 or 1.5 at dinner time!  It seems like veggies are preferred over fruits, but Tatum attacks just about everything we feed her.  I didn't even have to adjust this from last month!  She is still a wonderful eater!  She is starting to experiment with Puffs, Arrowroot cookies, yogurt bites, and the baby cheetos!  She seems to play more than anything, but I'm sure it'll only be a matter of time!

Tator usually get a bath between 6 and 7pm and is ready for her last bottle right around 7pm.  We are in a bad habit of letting her fall asleep while we hold her or in our bed...in fact getting her to go to sleep in her crib has been quite the feat:(  Not the worst habit to have, but it is something we probably need to work on.

Tatum is on a schedule for the most part.  She has her schedule when she's at Kim's and then her schedule when she is home with me.  MWF, she usually dozes for 20 mins or so on the way to Kim's and then snoozes for 45-hour at some point mid morning.  She then usually sleeps from 12pm-230 or 3pm.  Believe it or not, she usually sleeps for 30 minutes or so on the ride home as well.  On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Tatum usually takes a short nap on our ride to take Grey to preschool.  She then typically falls asleep again when I pick Grey up from preschool.  After lunch and about an hour or two of playing with her brother, Tator usually takes a nice long nap for me...2-430ish:)

Tatum is still very happy...smiles and laughs a lot.  She can finally laugh without getting the hiccups every single time!

Tatum is a mover!  She crawls around to get from point a to point b, but that girl wants to be on her feet!  She has teeny lil feet too!  It's a wonder that she can even stand up!  She walks pretty well when she is holding both of our hands, but she isn't cruising yet.

Tatum seems to really love any toy she can get her hands on and put in her mouth.  She wants the tv remotes and our cell phones the most, but anything Grey is playing with is a close second!  It drives Grey caaarazy!!!  I am afraid this is only the beginning of many fights over toys!

Tatum's nicknames include: Tator Tot, Tatie, Dooter, Dooter dot, Doods, and sissy!

She is wearing primarily 12 month clothes...but I am not buying anything smaller than 18 months for fall/winter clothes.  I hate when the leggins are tight in he  belly!  Home girl can easily sport 24 month leggins:)

Tatum had her first Thanksgiving this month and visited Santa for the first time!  She also moved into her big girl car seat this month!

Tatum still has 8 teeth and her "fussiness" has subsided...but Tatum did have her l first ear infection and eye infection this past month!  Poor bugger!

I can hardly believe our lil girl is 9 months old!  We call her our lil angel!  Nothing seems to get her down...we are so very blessed!

And the poop saga continues!

I thought we were making real progress when we had two consecutive poops on the potty over the long Thanksgiving weekend.  It wasn't easy and there were tears involved, but it happened!

Yesterday and today were different stories...Thankfully Tator was out of the tub when this happened!
I was dressing Tator in her room and Grey calls "Mommy Look what I did!!!"
I walk in to find him laying on his tummy in this bathtub!!!
Can I get a grooooooooooooooooooosssssssssssss!
Needless to say these bath toys are now in the trash and we are about half a bottle of bleach light in this household!

Then today after a perfect day at school, Grey and I are doing puzzles and he runs over to get a new one and all of the sudden..."mom, I'm pooping".  I grabbed him and ran to the toilet, but it was too late:(  We sat on the potty, but it was a lost cause....he was done!

Oh well, hopefully we are headed in the right direction!  All this mama wants for Christmas is a potty-trained lil man!
Tatum just hung out today...putting EVERYTHING in her mouth!

And looking precious:)

And then she had a bath and looked like a crazy !  Look at all that hair!!!
