Weekend Fun

Saturday was a beautiful day so we headed down to the North Market to walk around and get an early lunch.  After walking around, we headed over to Goodale Park to let the Munch run around.  Needless to say he had a ball!

Saturday evening we headed out to meet Travis, Brad & Krista in Grandview to watch the Buckeye basketball game.  I swear I'm a curse...we lost again!  BOO:(  

Sunday was a busier day for us....church and then Bella's 5th birthday party!!!  Jen got some great pix of the kiddos, so I'll have to get them and share later!  It's so hard to believe Bella is 5 years old.  There were tons of kids there so Grey had a blast...  He started to melt down around 2, so we had to sneak out.  Too bad he only snoozed for 10 minutes on the way home and then was wiiiiiiiiiide awake!  Should make for an interesting evening:)  

Just everyday stuff!

So its Friday which makes me smile!  I really have nothing exciting to report (shocking I know).  Yesterday I got the tooth I had a root canal on a few weeks ago filled (JOY) and then last night we did a Sam's run and had dinner at Abuelos.  (note to self...do an extra workout this weekend to compensate for what I ate last night).  Not sure if it was the dreary, rainy weather or what, but Grey was not his usual happy go lucky self when we were out an about.  He threw a fit when I pulled him away from the blood pressure machine at Sam's....you seriously would have thought I ripped his arm off!  I finally got him calmed down and a sweet girl tapped my shoulder...I turn around to see his shoe in her hand!  Oh yeah, we were that family last night.  He rallied and did better at dinner, but hardly ate anything!

Last night Grey decided he wanted to be wide awake from 1am til 5am...not sick, not crying, but wide awake!  Sky took the first two hours and I took the last two...needless to say, we are all worn out.  You'd never know it...check out my little Valentine!

`Rough Life I tell ya!

Today was such a nice Valentines Day with my two favorite Valentines!  I woke up to a sweet card and a new pair of tennis shoes from Sky (even though he said we weren't doing gifts!!!!).  I am so blessed to have him as my husband and father to Grey!

 Last night Grey was in such a good mood...being such a ham!  Sky grabbed a hat of mine and threw it on Grey...let's just say I think he found his calling!

As a hat model of course!  

Sure makes me want to buy this hat!

Why is he in the shower you ask?  Well because playing with shower puffs is a favorite past time of his!  We are using them to help teach him colors:)  So far he knows "ret" and "boo"....but he just knows how to say them...he says everything is red or blue!  Ha...baby steps:)

AQUARIUM

Sky had a great idea this morning...to take Munchy to the Aquarium.  The Columbus Zoo is pretty impressive...but the aquarium isn't anything to write home about.  Regardless, it was a great way to entertain Munchy...he had a blast!!!

 After a shorter than normal nap, Grey woke up all upset.  He was just whiny and in a daze.  The only thing that would appease him was a new episode of Bubble Guppies!!!

Sky took Grey to the library this morning for a change of scenery while I was working at home.  Doesn't look like a whole lot of reading was goin on...Grey was more interested in the ladies!!!

 Wednesday, I worked in the office and Sky was working at home.  Grey went to Kims...check out Mr. Sleepy eyes!

 Then Wednesday night we hit up a local restaurant that we had never been to...

Munchy wasn't sure at first...

But after a few tastes...

He decided it was "finger-lickin" good!

Tonight we just hung at home...

Grey read some books!

And relaxed in his bean bag!

Tomorrow is Friday and no one could be happier than me!
