Greyson...you are 19 months old today! Here is what you are up to!
You go down like clock work at 8pm...but sometimes roll around for up to an hour! Lately you haven't been too happy about bedtime...you almost always cry.
-We took away the binky for good this month and all in all, you did great! (I have been tempted once or twice to give it back:))
-You nap from 1 to 3pm most days. Occasionally you sleep shorter or a lil longer:)-You drink 4 sippy cups of whole milk a day....7amish, 10-1030ish, 3ish, and 7pm. You don't always finish them and you don't always want them to be warm anymore. Other than that, you drink water:)
-You also eat 3 meals a day...8-9am, 11-12am, and 5-6pm:)
-Breakfast usually consists of oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, or fruit. We have tried pancakes, eggs, etc... several times, and there is no interest so far.
-Lunch is usually grilled cheese, mac-n-cheeze, turkey, or leftovers from the previous night's dinner.
-Dinner is usually whatever we are eating for dinner....we never know if you'll like it or not. It seems like dinner is your worst meal...you eat great for breakfast and lunch, and then dinner is hit or miss. We keep trying new things, but feel like you eat the same few things.
-You love fruit and we have discovered you have quite the sweet tooth! We can't eat ice cream without you begging for bites!
-You love to climb up on the couch and sit like a big boy...you always want to be right in the center of the action.
-You are wearing 18 month bottoms and 18 or 24 month tops. (Except Old Navy, I buy 2T b/c shirts from there seem short) You are in about a size 6 shoe...but totally have "lua" feet! We are now only buying size 7's because your fat lil foot is growing soooo fast!
-Your favorites toys are still the miniature Thomas, Percy, Gordon and James...and we have added Toby and Rhineas this month. You literally play with them all day...we have to hide them when its close to bedtime!
-Your television interest has not changed a whole lot...Bubble Guppies, Thomas, Nemo, and Jake & the Neverland Pirates
-You have 16 teeth...6 top and 6 bottom in the front and two upper and two lower molars...
-You seem to constantly talk...we understand half of what you say but you are constantly making noise!
-You amaze us everyday at how smart you are...you understand so much!
-You still love to read books...you grab the book you want and come sit in our lap and say "reet reet"
-You know what you want and when you don't get it, you are sure to let us know...kicking, hitting, or crying and yelling "noooooooo".
-You took your first sled ride this month and as always, love being outside!
-You are not a shy little boy and that makes your dad and I so happy. You ham it up whenever guests are over and even entertained an entire restaurant this month!
